Temple

We took a shop field trip last weekend to go to Temple tattoo and get little jammers from Freddy Corbin, dude was super welcoming and the shop is fucking awesomely staked with eye candy,I got me a gangster tat on my fingers and I would just like to say that Freddy rules, speaking of jammers I feel like this is a nice collection of stuff from recent days,I don't know why some tatters get bummed on doing Owl tattoo's cus those things are super fun, and really, birds are fun to draw in general...and so are dead girls

...and again

Yes..that is a black snake coming out of a blue vagina and it only took 6 years to complete! Super stoked on the flufiness of the hen but I think the little chick steals the show, and something about this sunflower just makes sense..I dont know why

Hello again

All this stuff and the next post are from the last couple of months or so, I kinda forgot that I had a blog for a minute. The hyena is a cover up,and the sleeve is just straight up northern Cali fauna, the reaper was really hard to draw that crazy angle for the girl, it really hurt my brain, and the robot was intended to be nature taking over technology,in contrast to the technology killing man tat next to it that I didn't do,so I put a swirl over it.

The Matriarch

I have not painted in about 6 months and it was really making me nuts. I finally got some inspiration to pull something out of my ass for the Garage Ink show...obviously been looking at Frazetta and that by no means, means that I came even close to it being as cool as the man, but it was really fun to sketch as I was going and I think it came out pretty cool.

Dinosaur bird

A few from this summer, Seems like I have a ton of larger stuff that is slowly coming together, the werewolf still needs some background but I just had to put it in here. The image I used for reference for the dead bird actually had fingers at the top of the wings, I though at the time that this was neat, like a missing link to some dinosaur gene,so I put it in the drawing, but later a client who is a farmer told me that that is not the case and that the dead birdie was probably a mutant that the parents pushed out...kinda even better than intended. Pretty stoked on how the octopus frames the bottom of that chestpiece,I will probably use that trick again, and a bear that worked for the Polish army in WW2, pretty cool imagery fo sho'
